Open Day with a Unique Art Exhibition

This unique social event had several reasons. The main being the celebration of the opening of the second building of the clinic in the renovated historical villa of the Ringhoffer family, which houses the children's department and selected specialist offices for children and adults. "Another reason was that we wanted to thank our clients for their goodwill during a difficult covid period. I must say, with some emotion, that basically all of our clients remained loyal to us, thank you," said the founder of Health+, MUDr. Oldřich Šubrt to the participants of the meeting, more than 300 of whom eventually gathered on the roof of the shopping center.  

The third reason was the presentation of the innovative health care programs, new clinics and services, as well as welcoming new members of the Health+ team, which cares for the health and satisfaction of clients. Participants also learned about the new Vita Bene project, which connects the clinic with an art gallery and medical care with art, because beautiful art helps heal the body and soul. "As part of the project, we will host art exhibitions in both buildings of our clinic to make clients' visits to the doctor more pleasant. On this occasion, we have organized a unique opening of an exhibition of works by the exceptional artist Petr Písařík," announced MUDr. Šubrt. The opening also included a guided tour of the exhibition.

In addition to a tour of the exhibition and the premises of both buildings of the polyclinic, especially the sensitively renovated Ringhoffer Villa, the Open Day also included a social gathering with music and refreshments. During this, clients were introduced to another way to improve services, an online questionnaire with access via QR code. Participants have already been given a business card with this code. "When clients scan this QR code, it opens a questionnaire in which they can tell us how satisfied they are with our services and, most importantly, recommend what other services they would be interested in. These cards with access to the Czech and English questionnaire will always be available at all reception desks of our clinic. Thanks to this, you can advise us on what we can improve and what to avoid, because we want to provide you with the highest level of care," explained the founder of Health+. The unconventional meeting met with a very positive response and we are counting on repeating it next year.
